No website, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect our systems, and satisfy legal obligations.

Photos and inquiry details may remain in our business storage and communication history while relevant to those purposes. Third-party systems may maintain backups or copies subject to their retention practices.
